i have a k920 " vibe z2 pro " and have china rom how i can change my rom to row version of vibe with sim card working?

 

please help me i can't have any application that work with google service because china version dosnt have google apps

when i buy my phone , my phone  have this rom : 

VIBEUI_V2.0_1437_ST_K920_CMCC : android version 4.4

and when i turned data on i see notification to update rom

and when update completed i have this rom

VIBEUI_V2.5_1526_5.574.1_ST_K920 android version 5.0.2

my rom have a lot of china app and don't have any google app and i just have 850mg free ram

but app name and setting translated to english

i just want to change rom to have google app and more free ram

what is the best method ?

@41ii, you need ROW firmware. Try to read, understand, what information on forum about K920 china. I can't tell you step-by-step what you should do, cause don't have phone. Beware that phone is easily can be bricked.

@41ii, maybe you can't do this. Not all brick return to life. Half-brick. Lost IMEI not restoring if you don't have backup. How to do.

Hi all, my phone has ROW firmware LL with open recovery. Due to company policy, phone is encrypted and cannot upgrade via recovery because update.zip could not be found by recovery.

With KK, the file is easily found in googleota folder, but I dont know where is it downloaded in LL. Pls help, thank you
